All our products are shipped only via DHL express courier with a tracking number to track & trace the journey of your order.
Is also possible to choose the insured shipping for your package during check out and be refunded for the full amount if it is lost.

Shipping is made via DHL express courier and will be carried out with the following delivery times:
- Northern and central Italy: 1 working day
- Southern Italy : 2 working days
- Islands : 2-3 working days
Europe and rest of world
For shipments to European and international destinations, delivery times are:
- Europe: 1-3 working days
- Extra EU: 2-4 working days< /li>
- USA and Canada: 3 business days
- Rest of the world: 4-6 business days
Pick up service
'Pick up' service is available at check out where you can come in our showroom in Trevignano, located near Venice (Italy), and collect your order for free.
You will be provided with all the information and times for collection once you have placed your order using this method.

Per ordini superiori a €300 offriamo oltre alla spedizione gratuita anche la nostra nuova scatola dipinta a mano con dettagli dorati, tutti disegni a tema floreale diversi fra loro per un packaging prezioso e da custodire.

We offer free shipping for all orders over €300 (valid on domestic shipping only).
After purchase, it's unfortunately no longer possible to change the delivery address of your order but we invite you to contact us to check the possibility if it has not been shipped yet. We will do everything possible to accommodate your request.
If you have selected a home delivery and you were not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will make a second ride the following day, notifying you before its arrival.
If, after the second ride, there are problems with the delivery, please contact us with the order number and tracking number to check and solve the problem.
We carefully choose our courier service to ensure the best safety for your orders during transport. However, any package that leaves our office is beyond our control and we are unable to avoid possible loss or theft.
For those who wish, there is the possibility of choosing the insured shipping for your package during check out and be refunded the full amount if it is lost.
Attention: For packages without insurance we cannot refund the order.
