We are a very small artisan company that respects all the care and time necessary for the creation of small and large treasures, our timing will therefore be different compared to other e-commerce.

• For accessories ready to ship they will be shipped out in 1-3 business days after purchase.
• For accessories made to order you can find the exact production time on each product page.
• For personalized and bespoke accessories the production time will be informed to you together with the project that we will create for you.

Shipping via express shipping courier took about 2-5 business days to arrive on worldwide destination.

If your item is made to order and you need to receive it in rush contact us or send us an email at info@elibrehandmade.com with your wedding date, and we’ll confirm production and delivery times as soon as possible. An additional fee of €30 is required to prioritize your order over others and create your accessory in a timely manner.

When you purchase two or more accessories in one order, production times are based on the accessory that will have the longest processing time. For purchases made separately but which you wish to receive together, contact us at info@elibrehandmade.com to help you satisfy your request.
