Find out below how simple is the purchasing process on our site.
- You can make an online purchase as a registered user or as a guest . If you are a guest we will ask only the essential data to be able to process the order.
- Add the items to the cart, choose the accessories you want to receive and complete the payment.
- Once the purchase has been made, we will send you a confirmation email with all the information relating to the order.
Bespoke orders
It's possible to customize most of the accessories you find on our site, even for small changes (changing the color of flowers, leaves, beads or color finish) or more important changes to a model (removing or adding twigs or decorated portions ).

modify or cancel an order
You can modify or cancel an order within 48 hours from the purchase date.
After this date we are not able to make any other change to your order due we have started the production.
If you wish, once you have received the order, you can make a change or a return(Excluding sale, personalized and bespoke items).

We are a very small artisan company that respects all the care and time necessary for the creation of precious treasures, our timing will therefore be different compared to other e-commerce sites present online.
You can find in every product page under the heading production times the exact production time required.
For a multiple order, take the longest production time among the accessories purchased.
Yes, it is possible to add another item to your order by unify everything into a single shipment, if your order is not already shipped. We will refund you the difference in shipping costs.
At the time of purchase you can leave us a message in the box ( you find it on cart page ) with your previous order code or contact us and we will help you.
Pay attention to the production times of all the items you wish to purchase with those already purchased to avoid any further delay.
When you purchase two or more accessories in a single order, production times are based on the accessory that will have the longest production time.
You will receive an order confirmation at the time of purchase (check your spam if you haven't received it) while we start processing your order.
In the meantime, take note of the production times that we will need to make your order, once is ready you will be informed when we will ship it along with a tracking number to follow your order trought your doorstep.
